After you’ve selected items to purchase, you can proceed to the checkout area. A form for ordering by Credit Card Online, Credit Card Online (separate billing and shipping addresses), Credit Card using FAX, Check through Postal Mail or Credit Card through Postal Mail will be generated for you.
